LESS VOLUME OF OIL & COOLING WATER CONSUMED
Servo E has no issues of oil heat generation causing from flow relief valve by IMM with fixed pump, or oil draining by IMM with variable pump, so a small capacity of heat exchanger and less volume of cooling water are required. The capacity of oil tank is cut to half that reduces oil storage and cost of refilling. Hydraulic design features logic circuit to have shortest response time and achieve precise pressure/speed control.
ECONOMY SERVO ENERGY SAVER
ASE servo pump unit consists of servo driver of global brand ABB, Taiwan synchronous servo motor and German Eckerle/Voith internal gear pump. Pressure is controlled by proportional valve on a basis of closed-loop control, while flow supplies by rotary speed of servo motor timing displacement of gear pump. Motor rpm is auto-tuning by the detection of encoder to have correct speed so as to have exact pump flow.

Higher Precision : Closed-loop pressure/flow controller perfectly transmits commands and real values of different motions. The controller receives command from PLC, inspects real value of working devices, then giving feedback signal to PLC for micro tuning. The tolerance of linearity and hysteresis for pressure/flow is less than 1% that substantially improves molding precision. Stable Operation : Perfect integration of mechanical, hydraulic and control sections upgrades machine performance and molding reliability.
